oven ready takeaways from the Shiny Diner.

  Shiny Friday feedback:
  Oh my god, the fish pie was ridiculous, and the garlic bread. I want more!!!
  That was amazing, I can't wait until next Friday (Fish pie)

To keep his business ticking over - and more importantly - utilise his talents for your pleasure - Andy trialled a small scale, Friday food service throughout March 2021.

​With over 26 years of culinary experience Andy is usually to be found catering at UK festivals during the summer and working seasons on super yachts. But for a limited time in March,  Andy cooked for local residents, friends and neighbours from his shiny vintage Airstream kitchen.

Dishes were supplied in takeaway oven proof packaging for customers to heat up at home.

Based in Pilning just outside Bristol, Airstream Line Events shiny kitchen has a five star hygiene award from South Gloucestershire Council.
